You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. Please do not disrupt it, attempt to access areas you are not authorized to, or misuse the forms.
Artwork and content
All ceramic works, photographs, text, and graphics on this site are the original work of Jerry Lockey, Locosan, and are protected by copyright. Nothing on the site grants a license to reproduce the work. See the Image Copyright page for the limited terms under which press may use studio images.
Shop and orders
Pieces are offered for sale through the studio’s commerce provider. Because every piece is hand-built and one of a kind, color, size, and surface vary from any single photograph. Prices, availability, and descriptions can change. Orders are confirmed by email, and shipping and returns are handled case by case. Write to info@locosan.com with any question about an order.
Commissions and inquiries
Inquiries and commission requests are not binding until the studio confirms them in writing.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Locosan is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
